Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Atlantic Overhead Door Customer Updates

 What you will receive: Text messages about your service request or job, such as appointment reminders and confirmations, on-the-way notices, material order and installation updates, estimate and invoice notices, replies to questions you send us, and one thank-you message after your job with a link to leave a review. We do not send promotional or marketing texts through this program. 

How you sign up: By checking the optional text-message box on a form on our website, or by telling us by phone or in person that it is OK to text you about your job. Signing up is never required to get service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, depending on your job. Most customers receive a few messages per job.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you sign up again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
